Products that are defective can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
We do not process returns, refunds or exchanges because of buyer's remorse. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations.If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Home Sweet Deals (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Home Sweet Deals.
